Mr. Fisher currently serves as the President- Elect of the West Virginia Bar Association, and is a past president of the West Virginia State Bar. He is an avid supporter of WVU athletics, and when not at a game, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his four grandchildren.

During her 33 years practicing law, Leah R. Chappell has litigated in courts across the State of West Virginia. Her practice covers litigation of all kinds, including personal injury, boundary line disputes, quiet title suits, contested probate matters, partition suits, adoptions, child abuse cases and all family court matters. Ms. Chappell has successfully handled numerous appeals before the West Virginia appellate courts and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
When not spending time with her sons, Anthony and Mychal, you can find Ms. Chappell traveling, or enjoying a Broadway show or any kind of musical performance.
A former oil and gas abstractor, Ceason Ranson has over twenty years' experience running real estate and mineral titles in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Ms. Ranson can be found volunteering in the community, writing her weekly column for the Jackson Herald, and reading.
A twelve- year legal assistant to Mr. Fisher, Cindy has extensive experience with assisting with the drafting of real estate titles and document drafting, in addition to handling our cash closings.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and son, Joel, along with her rescue dog and cat, Hank and Stella, when she's not supporting local charities at their BINGO games.
A long- time employee of Adams, Fisher, and Chappell, Maryann has over a decade's experience as a lending closer, ensuring that our closings go as smooth as possible once our clients are at the table, in addition her duties as our Office Manager.
Maryann and her husband, Gordon, can most often be found doing home improvement and renovation projects , or spending time with their rescue pets.
Missy works as Legal Assistant to Ms. Chappell, including handling scheduling of conferences, conflict checks, motion filing, and client outreach, in addition to working as the office supply and equipment manager.
When not planning her next Disney trip, you can find Missy with her husband, Zach, and three children, Kailey, Kelsey, and Kye.
Tori is our front desk receptionist, in addition to being a closing assistant, and she helps ensure that our closing packages are processed and delivered in a timely manner, and handles client intake for the firm.
When not assisting our clients with their legal needs, you can find Tori teaching dance with Pam Bailey in Ripley, and spending time with her family and friends.
